Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils; ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas: countertops, floors, equipment, storage.
• Sort and dispose of waste following procedures; promote recycling.
• Portion prepared food items as per recipes and presentation specs.
• Assist with stock management: receiving deliveries, storing goods, rotating inventory.
• Clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen and culinary equipment.
• Maintain clean work areas including refrigeration and prep areas.
• Maintain open communication with BOH team.
• Participate in deep cleaning of BOH areas (refrigeration, cooking equipment, prep areas).
• Support teammates and foster positive work environment.
