Qualifications

• Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be reliable and work efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience in a restaurant, hotel or commissary kitchen is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean kitchen areas to exceed DOH standards.
• Remove trash and compost timely.
• Ensure kitchen team is set up for meal production.
