You’ll help keep a professional kitchen running smoothly by operating dishwashing equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting our culinary team during busy service periods. • Previous food service or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a clean, sanitary work environment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen during peak hours.

• Knowledge of safety procedures during emergencies.

Mansioni

• Operate dishwashing machines and 3-compartment sinks to clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Wash and sanitize work tables, walls, refrigerators, and other kitchen surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Remove trash and recycling to designated disposal areas.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas as needed.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment using approved cleaning products and procedures.
• Assist with basic food preparation and pot washing duties.
• Follow all health, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
• Support kitchen operations during busy meal periods and special events.
• Participate in safety meetings, training programs, and hazard assessments as required.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment by ensuring dishes, cookware, equipment, and work areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Whether you're operating dishwashing equipment, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, supporting food preparation, or assisting our culinary team during busy service periods, you'll contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests in one of Green Bay's premier private club environments.
