Green Bay Country Club, Inc. is seeking dependable, hardworking team members to join our culinary team as a Kitchen Porter / Dishwasher.

You’ll help keep a professional kitchen running smoothly by operating dishwashing equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting our culinary team during busy service periods. Formación

• Previous food service or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a clean, sanitary work environment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen during peak hours.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of safety procedures during emergencies.

Responsabilidades

• Operate dishwashing machines and 3-compartment sinks to clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Wash and sanitize work tables, walls, refrigerators, and other kitchen surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Remove trash and recycling to designated disposal areas.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas as needed.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment using approved cleaning products and procedures.
• Assist with basic food preparation and pot washing duties.
• Follow all health, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
• Support kitchen operations during busy meal periods and special events.
• Participate in safety meetings, training programs, and hazard assessments as required.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Kitchen Management Team.
