Job summary

THE PIG Hotel is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen and restaurant by washing plates, cutlery and utensils, while helping maintain overall cleanliness in the kitchen and on appliances.

The role offers casual hours with zero guaranteed hours, and training is provided to build a strong work ethic and reliability in a busy environment. Staff perks include free accommodation and dining benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Kitchen Porter in a busy kitchen is preferred but not essential.
• Training will be provided for the role.
• Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are valued.

Location: THE PIG-in the Cotswolds, Barnsley, GL7 5EE

Salary: £12.71 per hour (OTE £14.91 per hour including tronc).

Hours: Casual contract, 0 hours

We are currently seeking for a Kitchen Porter to join our dedicated and passionate team.

As a Kitchen Porter at THE PIG, you will be assisting the kitchen and restaurant with washing plates, cutlery and any other utensils. plus maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen including appliances.

Experience as a Kitchen Porter in a busy kitchen is preferred but this is not essential. We will provide all the necessary training required for the role. All we are looking for is the willingness to learn and a strong work ethic - taking pride in a job well done.
