Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or trade school equivalent required.
• Advanced knowledge of kitchen equipment, electrical and plumbing.
• Previous Managerial experience required.
• Communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing.
• Be organized, flexible and can multi-task to meet all deadlines.
• Ability to motivate and manage employees.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between contractors, employees, departments, shops, and guests.
• Manage all Kitchen Technicians and Plumbers in their day-to-day activities.
• Oversee management of kitchen equipment and plumbing for a large property.
• Work on and around electrical, water/plumbing, natural gas, and steam lines.
• Utilize hotsos to maintain a precise schedule of repair and maintenance.
• Manage repairs promptly and schedule of preventative maintenance for a large property.
• Attend and successfully complete all internal training courses and requirements.
• Maintain a high awareness of safety issues, remedy when possible or report unsafe conditions to Management.
