Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent required.
• Five+ years or better in trade.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines pressures.

Responsibilities

• Report to work timely, in proper uniform and appearance and maintain standard throughout the assigned shift.
• Maintain a schedules preventative on all HVAC/REF. equipment.
• Assist HVAC/REF. technicians and outside contractors on installation projects.
• Assist HVAC/REF. technicians outside contractors on maintenance service contracts.
• Respond to thermostat changes for various departments requests.
• Work around electrical, water and gas feed lines.
• Maintain an orderly schedule of preventative maintenance in casino, restaurants, kitchens, and hotel areas.
• Respond promptly to needs of company.
• Maintain safety awareness and report unsafe conditions.
• Attend and complete internal training requirements.
