Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Kitchen Operations Associate to prepare meals and support order fulfillment within a shared DashMart facility. You will maintain kitchen and warehouse organization, ensure food safety, and collaborate with DashMart Operations for site efficiency.

You’ll work in shifts including Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, and Part-time. Base pay is $16.15 per hour with a $2 premium for 10pm–6am, with benefits like PTO, sick leave, gym reimbursement up to $75/month, and a Monthly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to obtain Food Handler’s Certification upon hire.
• Experience in food service or related operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to brand and food safety standards.
• Ensure meals meet quality, accuracy, and presentation standards before handoff.
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and dress code guidelines.
• Maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas.
• Follow cleanliness and sanitation standards across shared workspaces.
• Support inventory organization and proper product rotation (FIFO).
• Collaborate with DashMart Operations Associates to maintain a cohesive and efficient site.
• Assist with light operational tasks as needed to support overall facility success.
• Uphold a "One Team" mindset to create a positive experience for all team members and customers.
