Job summary

DoorDash’s DashMart Kitchens (DMK) invites applications for a Kitchen Operations Associate responsible for preparing meals to standard, keeping the kitchen and warehouse organized, and supporting order fulfillment in a shared facility. You will work with DashMart Operations Associates to maintain a cohesive site, follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or quick-service restaurants preferred.
• Willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Certification upon hire.
• Able to work in refrigerated environments and handle frequent lifting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to brand and food safety standards.
• Ensure meals meet quality, accuracy, and presentation standards.
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and dress code guidelines.
• Maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas.
• Support inventory organization and FIFO rotation.
• Collaborate with DashMart Operations Associates to maintain a cohesive site.
• Assist with light operational tasks to support overall facility success.
• Uphold a “One Team” mindset for a positive experience for all team members and customers.
