Job summary

DoorDash seeks a Kitchen Operations Associate to prepare meals to standard and maintain kitchen and warehouse organization inside a shared DashMart facility.

You will support order fulfillment, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to a cohesive team in a fast-paced environment. Compensation includes base pay of $16.15 per hour with shifts AM/PM/Overnight and benefits such as PTO, health coverage, and gym reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service (fast food and quick-service) or grocery/beverage operations preferred.
• Must be reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Attention to detail and passion for fresh food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to brand and food safety standards
• Ensure every meal meets quality, accuracy, and presentation standards before handoff
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and dress code compliance guidelines
• Maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas
• Follow cleanliness and sanitation standards across shared workspaces
• Support inventory organization and proper product rotation (FIFO)
• Collaborate with DashMart Operations Associates to maintain a cohesive and efficient site
• Assist with light operational tasks as needed to support overall facility success
• Uphold a “One Team” mindset to create a positive experience for all team members and customers
