Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Kitchen Operations Associate for its DashMart Kitchens in a shared facility. You will prepare meals to standard, keep the kitchen and warehouse organized, and support order fulfillment.

We offer morning to overnight shifts, competitive base pay starting at $16.35 per hour, benefits, PTO, and a path for career advancement. You must be reliable, team‑oriented, and able to lift up to 50 lbs in a refrigerated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service (fast food or quick-service) or related operations.
• Reliable, team-oriented with attention to quality and safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• Willing to obtain Food Handler’s Certification on hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items to brand and safety standards.
• Ensure meals meet quality, accuracy, and presentation before handoff.
• Maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage; rotate stock (FIFO).
• Support inventory organization and proper product rotation.
• Collaborate with DashMart Operations to keep site cohesive and efficient.
• Assist with light operational tasks to support facility success.
• Uphold a One Team mindset for a positive experience for staff and customers.
