Job summary

Parker’s Kitchen is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, uphold food safety and sanitation standards, and drive exceptional customer service. You will maintain efficient systems, monitor inventory, and develop staff while upholding Parker’s Kitchen high standards.

You will lead by example, manage schedules and labor budgets, and ensure timely, quality made-to-order offerings. This role requires flexibility across varied hours and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in food service operations (or demonstrated experience with Parker’s or equivalent).
• Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment is required.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Lead and develop employees for a high-performance team.
• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages following recipes or customer specs.
