Job summary

Casey’s in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, train Team Members, and ensure food safety and guest satisfaction. Under the Store Manager’s supervision, optimize prepared foods and beverages and manage inventory to maximize productivity.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll coach for success, uphold 5S standards, and model Casey’s CARES values while supporting the broader store team and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and coach kitchen Team Members.
• Maintain 5S standards and manage daily kitchen operations.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and prep areas.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Demonstrate Casey’s CARES values in leadership.
• Fill in Store Team Member duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members.
• Manage and influence prepared foods and dispensed beverages operations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on all kitchen activities.
• Maintain 5S standards and daily operations.
• Oversee inventory and stock levels in the kitchen.
• Resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey’s CARES values in daily leadership.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
