Qualifications

• Valid Food Handlers Card.
• Customer Service and retail experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Kitchen Manager with weekly sales and labor projections to maximize sales and profits.
• Assist with weekly scheduling based on projected sales and workload; maintain inventory levels.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Monitor the quality of prepared food.
• Enforce standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, and food safety.
• Ensure shelves are organized with product labels.
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, responding to inquiries and complaints.
• Support store needs by helping in any area as required.
• Demonstrates personal customer service excellence.
• Improves speed and efficiency of service provided.
