About the Job

The Kitchen Operations Coordinator primarily handles data management, product labeling, inventory management, and auditing/reporting. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef at the commissary in Dogpatch. Applicants are expected to have kitchen experience and an aptitude for organized back‑end systems. Knowledge of Google Suite, Excel, and Locator POS is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Product Management & Labeling
  • Create and print house‑made labels
  • Create items in Locator POS
  • Order labeling supplies
  • Maintain catering platforms and food‑safety logs
  • Assist with food‑safety program implementation (PFR)
• Inventory & Accounting
  • Pull sales data into sheets for PMix
  • Maintain deli/butcher COGs and update weekly transfers in Flash
  • Update inventory costs before EOM and add new products to the inventory spreadsheet
  • Help with inventory counts, cleanups, and waste entry in Flash
  • Manage wholesale cookie account billing
• Facilities and Operations
  • Occasionally drive the box truck to stores and deliver products
  • Assist with facility maintenance and order supplies through Amazon
  • Place food orders and manage weekly packaging order and ULINE organization

Additional Requirements

• Must have a food handler certification
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be COVID‑19 vaccinated
• Must hold a valid driver’s license

Physical Demands

• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Repetitive motions, stooping, bending, standing for long periods, and handling refrigerated product in a cold environment

Travel Required

• Drive to store locations and special events as needed
