Job summary

DoorDash DashMart Kitchens in Tucson seeks a Kitchen Operations Associate to prepare meals, maintain kitchen and warehouse organization, and support order fulfillment within a shared facility environment.

You will handle meal prep, ensure quality and safety, and assist with inventory and site operations as part of the One Team ethos. Shifts include morning, day, evening, weekends and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• Willing to complete Food Handler’s Certification upon hire.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to brand and food safety standards.
• Ensure meals meet quality, accuracy, and presentation standards before handoff.
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and dress code guidelines.
• Maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas.
• Follow cleanliness and sanitation standards across shared workspaces.
• Support inventory organization and proper product rotation (FIFO).
• Collaborate with DashMart Operations Associates to maintain a cohesive site.
• Assist with light operational tasks to support facility success.
• Uphold a “One Team” mindset for a positive experience for staff and customers.
