Essential Job Functions

Position: Night Cleaner

Department: Chief Steward

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Sweep and mop kitchen area
2. Disassemble and re-assemble stoves to deep clean
3. Clean kettles
4. Clean countertops, cutting boards and shelves
5. General cleaning of all kitchen facilities

Secondary Responsibilities:

1. Clean kitchen ceiling and light fixtures
2. Clean all equipment throughout the kitchen

Normal Working Hours:

10:00pm – 6:30am

Weekends and holidays

Past Work Experience Requirements:

Commercial Food Service preferred

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Communication Skills Requirements:

3. Must be able to follow directions

Technical Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License
