Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offers skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge.

Teamwork and Responsibilities

The Housekeeping position provides a full-service daily clean of hotel rooms at Mountain Creek Resorts Appalachian Hotel. This includes cleaning of one, two, and three-bedroom townhouses and condominiums.

• Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum to meet hotel standards.
• Clean pots, pans, dishes, and kitchen appliances.
• Restock all guest room supplies, like soap and shampoo.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Greet guests with a friendly smile during your shift.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Conduct annual deep cleans.
• Change linens, make beds, and ensure bathrooms are spotless.
• Clean patios, decks, and outdoor furniture when applicable.
• Organize linen closets, restock carts, and prepare for the next day.
• Complete daily cleaning assignments adhering to hotel standards.
• Work regularly, including weekends and holidays as required by seasonality.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Ability to meet the essential functions of the job.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Physical ability to move, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
