Job summary

Big Lug Filling Station in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Kitchen staff member to prepare Sahm's staples and contribute to a rotating menu. You will follow recipes to maintain flavor consistency, keep the kitchen clean and safe, and operate ovens, fryers, and stoves. You will also ensure your station is stocked at the start of shift and assist with closing duties.

Full-time employees will be eligible for medical, vision, and dental benefits as well as Paid Time Off.

Qualifications

• Communicate with the kitchen team.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand at least 4 hours per shift and lift 50lbs.
• At least 16 years of age.
