Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the kitchen operation.
• Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff and supervisors.
• Oversee opening/closing, cleanliness, and health/safety compliance.
• Monitor food preparation, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Manage labor, food cost, and inventory; schedule staff hours.
• Direct facility maintenance and coordinate deliveries as needed.
