Nbutexas is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Nashville, TN to lead a high-volume kitchen with a focus on ownership, food safety, and profitability. You will coach teams, manage performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences behind every ticket.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of restaurant leadership, experience with $5M+ annual sales, and strong operational reporting skills. This role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant leadership.
• Proven success leading restaurants generating $5M+ in annual sales.
• Strong financial management, including labor, food, and controllable costs.
• Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and retain high-performance teams.
• Deep understanding of upscale dining, and guest relations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
