Casey’s General Store in Sioux Rapids, IA, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team and partner with the Store Manager to deliver a best‑in‑class guest experience. You’ll train, guide, and coach Team Members, maintain food safety, manage inventory, and drive 5S standards in prepared foods and beverages.

This role includes opportunities for bonuses and career growth. Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.25 per hour, with eligibility for quarterly bonuses based on kitchen

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a retail or food service setting.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with a customer focus.
• Ability to manage stock, waste and food safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and delegate tasks.
• Oversee kitchen activities in prepared foods and beverages to optimize performance.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure smooth daily operations with the Store Manager.
• Oversee inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service and communicate with the Store Manager.
