Larsmont Cottages’ Ledge Rock Grille is seeking a seasoned Kitchen Manager to join Odyssey Resorts on Minnesota’s North Shore. You’ll partner with the Executive Chef to ensure daily kitchen operations run smoothly, mentor staff, and uphold exceptional food quality for our guests.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of kitchen leadership, a strong focus on safety and teamwork, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences in a resort setting. On-site work with scenic views awaits.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required; 3–5 years in related kitchen roles.
• Experience leading a kitchen team and managing daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Exec Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution.
• Prepare and present high-quality food while maintaining standards.
• Lead by example during service, working alongside the kitchen team.
• Train and develop kitchen staff to ensure consistent performance.
• Maintain positive, team-oriented work environment focused on guest satisfaction.
• Contribute ideas for daily specials and seasonal menu items.
• Monitor food quality, safety, and sanitation per health standards.
• Assist with inventory, rotation, and ordering processes.
• Support staffing and scheduling as directed.
• Participate in banquet, catering, and special events as needed.
