Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year kitchen experience or culinary training is a plus.
• Strong ability to follow recipes and prepare food according to specifications.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
• Flexibility to assist with special events and off-premises functions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare daily items meeting resort standards.
• Station Management: Restock and prep your station for each service.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain sanitary, organized work area.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Inventory Support: Assist in month-end inventories to manage stock.
• Special Events & Catering: Support events with consistent quality.
• Meetings: Attend pre-shift and team meetings to align goals.
