You will work closely with restaurant leadership to drive consistency, training, and customer satisfaction while maintaining high-quality food preparation and service in a fast-paced casual setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen management experience in a casual restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
