Job summary

Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food per established recipes. Responsibilities include supervising production, enforcing policies, managing labor and food costs, and coaching staff to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading back-of-house operations in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities for hourly staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce employment policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Direct labor and workflow to ensure efficient ticket times.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coach/back-of-house staff.
• Assist development of key employees through daily feedback.
• Perform Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety.
• Oversee handling, maintenance and storage of all items.
• Manage food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
• Schedule back-of-house tasks and train on equipment maintenance.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding Back of House staff.
