The ideal candidate will be business-minded, people-focused, and committed to high standards of quality and efficiency. You will lead culinary operations and drive a scratch-made menu in a fast-paced, gameday atmosphere.

The role emphasizes team leadership, training, safety, and adherence to company recipes and standards, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of kitchen management experience in full-service restaurants, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a kitchen team and manage food production.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
