Lucky Strike Entertainment seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead the back of house, oversee line operations, and develop the BOH team across our high-volume bowling and entertainment venues.

You will drive food quality, manage costs, and ensure safety while guiding a motivated team through busy service periods. This role offers growth within a dynamic entertainment brand and requires flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of kitchen leadership, including banquet and event service.
• Ability to lead from the line and drive performance.
• Experience building BOH teams in high-volume settings.
• Strong financial acumen with food cost and labor control.
• Current or eligible ServSafe certification.
• Knowledge of high-volume kitchen safety standards.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Run kitchen operations with focus on quality, speed, sanitation, and consistent execution across all service periods
• Train, coach, and develop BOH team in a fast-paced environment
• Work the line during prep, service, and events to lead by example
• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, waste, and purchasing to hit financial targets
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, health codes
• Collaborate with Operations and the Executive Chef on menu rollouts and standards
