Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (General Equivalency Diploma) required.
• At least two years of kitchen experience.
• Must possess a current valid driver’s license and be insurable; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory to ensure ingredients are stocked for service.
• Maintain quality control and perform QA inspections.
• Schedule shifts for all kitchen teammates and oversee training.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local food handling requirements.
