Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to safety, training, administration, sales and profitability of the back of house.
• Partner with management to schedule staffing, oversee performance and evaluations.
• Coach and develop hourly staff to drive success on each shift.
• Maintain Carolina Hospitality standards and effective team communication with Home Office and management.
• Represent the brand in the community and adhere to policies and laws.
• Control costs of sales and controllable expenses through shift-level controls.
