BJ's Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager in the Nanuet, NY area to oversee restaurant operations across opening, mid, and closing shifts, hire and train the team, and deliver a Gold Standard guest experience.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years full service, high volume, casual dining restaurant management experience.
• High personal integrity, professionalism, and maturity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to stand and walk around a restaurant for 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, and train restaurant team members across shifts.
• Ensure a Gold Standard guest experience.
• Manage daily operations during opening, mid, or closing shifts.
• Oversee local restaurant marketing and community involvement.
