Tacoria in Freehold, NJ seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team and ensure top quality and consistency of Mexican cuisine. You will train staff, roll out menu changes, manage shifts, and oversee food costs while maintaining health and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of restaurant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and communicate well in a fast-paced environment. Spanish is a plus; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to cover multiple shifts and weekends.
