Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen operation. You will oversee BOH sanitation, inventory, and staff development in a growing company with catering capabilities.

The role emphasizes team leadership, compliance with health standards, and cost control, with opportunities for advancement within a family-owned business. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of restaurant experience.
• Management or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience in managing COGS and labor.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for BOH sanitation and operations by following county health standards and the company’s BOH processes.
• Keeping the team up to date on processes and current specials.
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly inventory on food and beverage items.
• Practice teamwork by assisting co-workers and leading by example.
• Training, developing, and scheduling team members.

What we’re looking for:
