Pay

$43,000 - $70,000 annually

Responsibilities

1. Oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food according to recipes and procedures.
2. Ensure compliance with employment policies, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and ensure guest safety.
3. Monitor food ticket times and manage Back of House staff performance through evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
4. Develop employees through feedback and training, including conducting performance reviews.
5. Conduct inventory and safety checks, including taste & temperature assessments.
6. Manage food costs, waste, and labor costs effectively.
7. Schedule and assign tasks to Back of House staff, ensuring smooth operations before, during, and after restaurant hours.
8. Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
9. Participate in hiring processes for Back of House positions.
10. Create a positive, safe, and clean work environment aligned with company values.
