As a Kitchen Manager, your responsibilities include:

1. Supervising food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures.
2. Ensuring compliance with employment policies, cleanliness, and guest safety.
3. Monitoring and maintaining efficient ticket times.
4. Managing Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
5. Developing key employees through feedback and training.
6. Conducting inventory, safety checks, and proper food handling.
7. Managing food costs, waste, and labor costs.
8. Scheduling and task assignment for Back of House staff.
9. Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
10. Participating in hiring processes.
11. Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values.
