Job Title: Kitchen Manager at Topgolf

This is a full-time, mid-senior level management position within the Restaurants, Hospitality, and Entertainment Providers industry, located in Kansas City, KS, and MO.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and lead kitchen staff, including cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers.
  2. Ensure the kitchen operates smoothly, meeting food safety and quality standards.
  3. Oversee food preparation, including recipe adherence and portion control.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies and ingredients as needed.
  5. Train kitchen staff in proper food handling, cooking techniques, and safety procedures.
  6. Coordinate with front-of-house staff for timely and accurate food service.
