As a Kitchen Manager, you will lead our fast-paced, high-volume scratch kitchen, overseeing culinary execution of our inspired menu paired with Cooper’s Hawk wines. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Kitchen Manager to drive operational excellence and growth, while coaching and inspiring team members to ensure high food quality and a first-class guest experience.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee 1-2 departments including dish, prep, and/or line
- Adhere to policies and manage operating systems
- Ensure collaboration between kitchen and front of house
- Create a respectful and cohesive work environment aligning with company values
- Manage people through hiring, training, and verifying adherence to standards
- Lead department meetings and coaching sessions
- Maintain knowledge of prep and line to maximize results
- Assist with new menu/system rollouts and kitchen initiatives
- Support private events and weekly inventory as needed
- Operate computer systems including POS, scheduling, inventory software, and Microsoft Office
- Uphold food safety standards and maintain a safe work environment
- Maintain professional appearance per Team Member Handbook guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
- 1-2 years supervisory experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant kitchen; scratch kitchen experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English
- Financial acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Certifications such as ServSafe and relevant licensing preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for at least 10 hours per shift
- Availability to work 50-60 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
