The Cheesecake Factory in Utah seeks a seasoned culinary leader to oversee daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, scratch-kitchen setting. You will mentor a 30+ member culinary team and drive performance to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage financial performance, labor, portions and waste while upholding safety standards and fostering a positive, inclusive culture that promotes excellence and growth.

Formación

• 3+ years culinary management in high-volume, full-service, scratch kitchen.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members per workgroup.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, cost of goods, labor management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses.

Job Description

Compensation

• Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually
• Bonus Eligible: Quarterly performance bonus
• Compensation may include geographic differential

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience in a high volume, full service, scratch kitchen experience preferred
• Experience supervising 30+ team members per workgroup
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, cost of goods, labor management)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand 10+ hours per shift
• Ability to work 50–60 hours per week
