Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations, ensuring high-quality food production and guest satisfaction.

You will oversee HOH performance, supervise team members, and drive training initiatives to elevate service standards across shifts. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Heart-of-House (HOH) operations and supervise HOH team members.
• Oversee the execution and performance of the HOH and provide direction and supervision for all HOH staff members.
