Buffalo Wild Wings in Kohler, WI is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations. You will oversee HOH execution, supervise team members, and drive performance to deliver consistent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Heart-of-House (HOH) as the Kitchen Manager, directing and supervising HOH team members.
• Ensure execution and performance of HOH operations and provide leadership for daily kitchen activities.
