Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations and drive performance across the HOH team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will oversee HOH execution, ensure safety and sanitation standards, and mentor a team to deliver consistent guest experiences while supporting overall restaurant goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Experience in training and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Heart-of-House (HOH) execution and performance.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You have a passion for training and developing your team.
