As part of Lunds & Byerlys Catering, you will greet customers, slice deli items, stock and rotate products, and maintain a clean, safe work area while showcasing hospitality and team spirit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year cooking experience in deli or food service.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

Lunds & Byerlys Catering is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing part-time Food Service Cook to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a part-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $18.00-$20.00/hr.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 9:00am-5:00pm.

Food Service Cook Responsibilities

Our Food Service Cooks are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Slicing deli meats, cheeses, and breads
• Stocking, rotating, and staging deli merchandise to ensure quality and freshness
• Creating a welcoming and safe environment
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the department

Minimum Qualifications

• Education:

  • Communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
