Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations, ensuring top performance and guest satisfaction. You will direct HOH staff, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and drive training initiatives to grow the team.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling/sanitation.
• Experience with responsible alcohol service and safety procedures; comfort with computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Heart-of-House (HOH) operations and performance.
• Provide direction and supervision for HOH team members.
• Develop and train team to deliver legendary guest experiences.

*Subject to availability and certain eligibility requirements. Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
