Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations and drive performance across the HOH team. You will supervise HOH staff and ensure consistency, quality, and safety in food preparation and service.

You will train and develop team members while upholding labor laws, health codes, and alcohol service standards to deliver a standout guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling and sanitation.
• Experience with responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and basic computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Heart-of-House (HOH) operations as Kitchen Manager.
• Provide direction and supervision for HOH team members.
• Create legendary experiences for guests and team members.

YOU GOT THIS

Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience. You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
