Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Sevierville, TN is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee kitchen performance and line execution while guiding HOH team members to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of restaurant or kitchen management, strong knowledge of labor laws, health codes, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service. Training and developing a skilled team is a key focus.

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Experience with responsible alcohol service and safety procedures.

YOU GOT THIS

Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience. You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
