Pay:

$43,000 - $70,000 annually

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations. This role is responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, following established recipes and procedures. Responsibilities include:
  1. Supervising and overseeing food production and preparation in accordance with recipes and procedures.
  2. Enforcing compliance with employment policies and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
  3. Monitoring and maintaining efficient food ticket times.
  4. Managing Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  5. Developing key employees through daily feedback during one-on-ones.
  6. Conducting formal taste and temperature checks as part of inventory and safety management.
  7. Overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
  8. Practicing safe food handling procedures.
  9. Managing food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
  10. Setting work hours, weekly schedules, and task assignments for Back of House employees.
  11. Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
  12. Participating in hiring processes for Back of House staff.
  13. Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and goals.
