Job summary

Fellows Hawaii inc. seeks an experienced kitchen leader to grow into a Kitchen Manager across our award-winning Italian restaurant group in Honolulu.

This role is ideal for a Sous Chef, Kitchen Supervisor, Kitchen Lead, or Assistant Kitchen Manager ready to advance. You’ll oversee back-of-house operations across multiple locations, drive food quality, mentor staff, and help manage inventory and costs while upholding safety standards.

• Willing to grow into a Kitchen Manager role.
• Strong skills in inventory management and cost control.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, award-winning Italian restaurant group in Honolulu known for exceptional food, outstanding service, and a strong commitment to developing future leaders.

This opportunity is ideal for a Sous Chef, Kitchen Supervisor, Kitchen Lead, or Assistant Kitchen Manager who is ready to grow into a Kitchen Manager role.

Rather than being assigned to a single restaurant, you'll have the opportunity to gain experience across multiple locations within the restaurant group. As you grow, you may also have the chance to contribute to new restaurant openings and take on greater leadership responsibilities as the company continues to expand.

Compensation

• Annual Salary: $62,000–$75,000
• Compensation is based on experience and qualifications

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate the Back-of-House team

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has leadership experience in a restaurant kitchen

• Leads by example and enjoys mentoring others
• Can thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Understands food safety, inventory, and kitchen operations
• Is available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Management experience is preferred but not required. Strong candidates with leadership experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Supervisor, or Kitchen Lead are encouraged to apply.
