Position Summary
The Kitchen Manager oversees daily kitchen operations for the assigned building and supports the Building Manager and Assistant Project Manager. Responsibilities include managing food preparation to ensure proper quantities and standards according to the Tri-Service Food Code. Providing quality customer service at all times and demonstrating willingness to learn all aspects of the role are essential.

Physical and Environmental Requirements
May involve travel, working indoors, handling chemicals, and working in various weather conditions. May require lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, crouching, climbing stairs/ladders, and working early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.
