Larkin’s is seeking a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our leadership team. As Kitchen Manager, you will oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring outstanding food quality, smooth execution, and a well-trained, motivated team. This is a key leadership role focused on operational excellence and creating a positive, professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation, cleanliness, and organization.
  2. Lead, train, and mentor the back-of-house team to deliver excellent results.
  3. Maintain labor controls and inventory management to meet sales and cost goals.
  4. Enforce food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  5. Oversee daily kitchen preparation and execution for efficient service.
  6. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
  7. Assist in recipe development, costing, and adherence to product specifications.
  8. Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchen management or a similar leadership role.
  2. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, sanitation, and prep standards.
  3. Proven leadership and coaching skills to build a high-performing team.
  4. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Experience with inventory control and cost management strategies.
  6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
  7. ServSafe Manager certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
