Responsibilities:
- As our Restaurant Kitchen Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our kitchens and manage a team of talented chefs.
- You will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring food safety regulations are followed.
- The Kitchen Manager will monitor and maintain equipment to ensure it is functioning properly.
- You will collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Kitchen Managers conduct team meetings, daily, to discuss goals and responsibilities, ensuring everyone is aligned with the day's objectives.
- Managing staff schedules and training new team members to uphold our culinary excellence are important parts of Kitchen Manager duties and responsibilities.
